    Alentus Acquires Route Sense Corporation

ALISO VIEJO, Calif.-- (April 16 2009) -- Alentus Corporation (Pink Sheets: ALNS), a leading provider of web hosting, SharePoint hosting, dedicated servers and managed hosting services, is pleased to announce that is has completed its acquisition of Chicago, Illinois-based Route Sense Corporation, providers of datacenter, bandwidth and wide area networking services.

In an all-stock transaction, the acquisition is complete and operations are rapidly being incorporated to the Alentus management structure.

Route Sense has built an IT infrastructure business since January of 2008, focusing on services that facilitate growth of web hosting, ecommerce, and enterprise connectivity. Their product lines include services which are vital to the hosting industry, such as bandwidth, backbone transport and datacenter space. Route Sense has also seen significant success in regional metro Ethernet products for small and mid-sized businesses as well as managed wide area networking.

"We have seen tremendous demand over a 12-month period from all areas of the market. Continuing our operations under the Alentus umbrella was an obvious choice when reviewing our potential to focus in on the hosting industry," said Steven Singer, President of Route Sense.

Alentus will see immediate benefits from the acquisition in the procurement of bandwidth and datacenter space. Adam LaFountain, VP of Infrastructure, noted, "This gives us wholesale access to products and services we used to purchase on the retail side. The long-term cost savings and access to new carriers is an exciting opportunity for us." Route Sense was one of the first ISPs to utilize the Vyatta Open Source Networking platform, which resulted in significant cost savings and the ability to deploy rapidly with small footprints."

William King, CEO of Alentus, added, "Route Sense brings a new category of revenue sources that will complement Alentus' overall strategy of income diversity. We are excited at the ability to add new products that will complement our existing services and provide an end-to-end solution for our clients."
